These Terms of Use apply to the Beyond High: Quit Weed app (the “App”), published by Kunal Rakhe, Wappingers Falls, NY.
1. License (iOS)
Your use of the iOS app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
2. Subscriptions (Beyond High Pro)
Beyond High Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription:
- Weekly: $4.99 per week
- Monthly: $9.99 per month
- Yearly: $49.99 per year
Prices are in US dollars, or the local equivalent in your region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Account Settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

The App does not provide medical advice and is not medical treatment.
