    KegelFit — Privacy Policy

    KegelFit collects nothing. There is no account, no server, no analytics, and no third-party SDK. Your sessions, streaks, and settings never leave your iPhone — they are not even sent to us.

    What stays on your device

    • Your training history — when you trained, which programme, how long, how many reps — is stored in the app's private storage on your iPhone.
    • Your profile (the experience level you pick during setup) and your settings (reminder time, haptics on or off) are stored the same way.
    • None of it is transmitted anywhere. KegelFit makes no network requests at all.
    • Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also clear everything from within Settings in the app.

    Health data

    • KegelFit does not read from or write to Apple Health, and asks for no health permissions.
    • It records only what you do inside the app. It never asks for symptoms, diagnoses, or medical history.
    • Because your training history never leaves the device, we cannot see it, and we have nothing to sell, share, or lose.

    Permissions, and why

    • Notifications — used only to send the optional daily reminder you set yourself. Entirely optional; the app works fully without it.
    • KegelFit requests no other permissions. No camera, no microphone, no photos, no location, no contacts, no Health access.

    What KegelFit never does

    • It does not upload your training history or any other data.
    • It does not track you, in this app or across others.
    • It shows no ads.
    • It does not sell or share data, because it holds none.

    Not medical advice

    • KegelFit offers general wellness and fitness guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
    • Using the app does not create a clinician–patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
