SelfOS — Privacy Policy

SelfOS has an account and syncs your goals, habits, and journal across your devices — so it needs a server. We do not sell your data, there are no ads or third-party trackers, and you can delete everything from inside the app at any time.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and sign-in credentials.
Content you create: goals, milestones, tasks, habits, streaks, journal entries, countdowns, and birthdays.
Basic technical data: device type, operating system, and app usage needed to run and sync the service.

How it is used and shared

To operate the app and sync your data across your own devices.
Stored with the infrastructure provider that hosts our database (Supabase), and shared only where we are legally required to.
We do not sell your personal information, show ads, or embed third-party trackers.

Reminders

Habit and task reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device. You turn them on yourself, and no data leaves your phone for them to work.

Your choices

You can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time — from Settings inside the app, or by emailing support@kunalrakhe.com. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
